Repairs and maintenance
We can handle maintenance and repairs in several ways:
- We typically sell through distributors, dealers and partners, and provide them with the technical training, guidance and access to spare parts such that they support they customers locally. As a first step, any users should refer to their dealer for any maintenance requirements, and they can support you.
- Alternatively we can arrange maintenance and repairs on all machines and equipment we sell using national service partners with expertise in our products. These are experienced and refrigeration-certified technicians, such that that the work will be carried out professionally and with guarantee.
- Machines can be returned to our warehouse in Huntingdon for repair.
- Due to our extensive stock of parts, repairs can generally be carried out quickly so that you experience minimal disruption
Return Repair Form
If support is required directly from ourselves at Dryfast, and to ensure the fastest possible repair process, we ask that you complete the repair form and send it to us for approval of the work and quotation of any work. Machines should not be returned until approval is obtained form us. We will provide a return authorisation number which should be referenced on any returned machine.
